Ingredients
  

1 large flatbread or naan

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your heat preference)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup diced celery (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot enough for crispy flatbread.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

      Assemble the Flatbread: Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over the flatbread to provide extra flavor and help it crisp up. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbread.

        Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the buffalo chicken. If you're using blue cheese, crumble it over the top as well.
