Ingredients

1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or pumpkin spice flavor if available)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)

Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, crushed Oreos, or orange sprinkles

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they are finely crushed. You can also place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin if you don’t have a food processor.

Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency is formed (a stand mixer or hand mixer can be useful here).

Shape the Balls: Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Coat the Balls: Dip each pumpkin Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to help remove it while allowing the excess chocolate to drip off. Return the coated ball to the baking sheet.

Decorate (Optional): Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed graham crackers, crushed Oreos, or orange sprinkles on top for a festive touch.

Chill Again: Place the coated balls in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to let the chocolate set completely.

Serve: Enjoy your Pumpkin Oreo Balls as a delightful fall treat or make them for gatherings and parties!
